Meet Catnip!

1. What was your initial impression of rats before our lab last week? I thought that rats were adorable and that they made great pets. 

2. Were you able to hold a rat last week? Yes!

3. How often have you been in to hold your rat since then? I have been able to hold my rat 3 to 4 times since I first got her.

4. Has your impression of rats changed?  Why or why not? Yes and no, I thought rats were adorable prior to this class since I have had them as pets before. However, this class has made me realize how intelligent rats are when it comes to learning different behaviors.

5. What did you decide to name your rat and why did you pick this name? I named my rat Catnip because I thought it was humorous.
